The service
YaEsMio seals your work instantly, with a verifiable date. You download the seal: the closed file and the certificate, and you keep it. The work file stays on your device. YaEsMio keeps the fingerprint and the certificate. With membership, the vault keeps the fingerprint and the certificate of each work. Accepting these terms authorizes YaEsMio to file that work with the DNDA, in your name. For the official registration, the seal package is sent only while the filing is open and is deleted when it ends.
YaEsMio registers the work for you with the DNDA. The public certificate shows the seal date and the authorship you declared.
Your work and all of its rights remain 100% yours. You sign a mandate contract and appoint the YaEsMio app in TAD only for the DNDA filings you requested. YaEsMio files the proceeding as attorney-in-fact, and you appear as the sole author and rights holder. There is no assignment or transfer of copyright, economic rights, or moral rights. The mandate only covers managing the DNDA filings you requested. You appear as the sole author and rights holder in the registry, and the certificate is issued in your name.
Account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password. The link expires in 15 minutes.
If Google sign-in is offered on iPhone, Sign in with Apple is offered as well.
You can delete the account in the app and from /borrar-cuenta.
Price and payment
The free mode lets you seal your work and download your seal, the closed file and the certificate, for as many works as you want. Membership is a one-time payment: the vault keeps the fingerprints and certificates forever, with help on claims. Its price is on /precios. Online watch is coming soon. Each DNDA filing has its official fee and YaEsMio’s filing service, shown separately. YaEsMio bills as a VAT-registered taxpayer (Responsable Inscripto). Peso prices are final, 21% VAT included. A Factura electrónica is issued for each payment.
The phone app is free. When membership has a price, it is bought on the website or inside the app.
Official DNDA fees are paid to the corresponding fund.

Your works
You declare that you are the author or the holder and that the information is true. You are responsible for that declaration.
The public certificate shows the seal date and the authorship declared by the account holder.
Closed beta
The service is in a closed beta. New accounts need an invitation code or an authorised email. If you do not have a code you can join the waitlist.
There may be a cap on active users. Features can change, pause or fail. This version is not the final product.
Limitation of liability
The seal and the registration stay documented in your account and on the public verification page.
In this beta the service may be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, YaEsMio is not liable for indirect damage or for the use you make of the seal before third parties.
That does not waive the non-waivable rights of Law 24.240 when you are a consumer.
Law
